1. Description of Service

PolyInsight provides analytics, data visualization, and insights ("Services") based on publicly available data from prediction markets like Polymarket. The App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions (Analyst, Pro, Whale) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price changes.

3. Data Usage

We aggregate public blockchain data. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is 100% real-time or error-free. You use the data at your own risk.

4. Disclaimer

PolyInsight is NOT a trading platform. We are not responsible for any financial losses you may incur based on the information provided in the App. Prediction markets are volatile; invest responsibly.
